Often times quoting processes can be a lot of back and forth and scheduling, but with Dr. Stairs, I simply sent photos of the before and inspiration pictures for the after. They sent back an accurate quote with mock ups. There was one pre-execution visit to make sure that the install would be seamless. They were incredibly responsive throughout the process and gave me clear expectations. The crew worked hard and fast to complete the update. Most importantly, we are so happy with the end product. They did an amazing job matching the stain, but more impressive was they matched the style and balusters (iron rods between the post and wall) which was no small feat because my house was built in 1980. Job was done quickly and cleanly. I was skeptical that they only wanted pictures to quote the job and order the parts without a site visit, but this company totally knows what they’re doing.
