Dr. Stairs is just the best. After numerous contractor issues, we had all but given up hope that our stairs project would ever be finished. We called and talked to and were ghosted by no fewer than 5 companies before finally finding Dr. Stairs.

We were afraid to trust them. It felt too good to be true. Bianca was super helpful and responsive, and Rafael stopped by our house to take a look at our staircase and answer our questions. They gave us a fair quote and stuck to it. No surprise charges or fees, and no excuses. They showed up on time and did the work over the course of two days, and now we have a beautiful staircase to show for it.

I wanted to change the pony walls on my stairs for a long time. After doing some research I decided to go with Dr. Stairs. I’m glad I did.
They answer all my questions and showed me a 3D model of how my stairs would look. They protected all the surroundings inside my house and cleaned everything before they left for the day. DO NOT use these guys unless you want PRECISION, PROFESSIONALISM, and the HIGHEST QUALITY of CARE a company can provide! As a GC in the Lake Norman area, I refuse to use anyone else. Wow! These guys are good. I didn't know a company can just specialize in stairs, but now I definitely see why. They are experts at what they do and it definitely shows. I had old carpet stairs in my townhome, and they completely transformed it. We used horizontal balusters and they look phenomenal.  Also, I am super busy and I'm not home during the day, and they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. Hector came out to change our bottom stair. We were renovating and I needed to get out the extra bump out on the bottom stair before our flooring was put in. I wanted a more modern look.
